Add your first computer
Install the host on the computer you want to reach. It shows a code. Choose Add a computer and type that code.

Bring your business's computers and people together. Admins decide who can reach which computers and what a session may do.
Start a team
Joining a team? Open the invite link an admin sent you.
Invites
Groups gather computers, such as Front office. Members are given groups rather than single computers. To put a computer in a group, choose Manage on it under My computers.
These apply to every session with a team computer, starting with the next one.
Where recordings go
Recordings stay on each computer unless you give a container in your own Azure storage. Each computer then sends its recordings straight there and deletes its own copy. They never pass through View My Desktop.
Make the link in the Azure portal, under the container's Shared access tokens. Allow Create and Write, and set the expiry well ahead.
Install on many computers
A deploy key lets the host join this team by itself, with no code to type. Use it when IT installs View My Desktop on many computers at once.
Copy it now. It is shown only once. On each computer, run this from an administrator command prompt:
Add one computer
Add it under My computers with the code its host shows. Then choose Manage on it and move it into the team.
Guest links
Links that let someone watch one of your computers, without an account and without control. Each one stops working when it expires.
Download apps
Install the host on each computer you want to reach. Use any viewer, or just this website, to connect.

Save these recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone.
